Lacks operating instructins
Muffles background noise but doesn't block it all.
Didn't come with instructions. Had to go on line to figure out how to initialize the device and sync it to blue tooth.

poor instructions
The product works well and the connection diagram printed on the case is clear enough to allow installation if you have a basic understanding of wiring. There is no instruction sheet. The narrative printed on the case is written by someone who doesn't understand English and is totally useless.
The product works well and fits nicely in a deep round fixture box.
