Good features too little to make up for remote and setup problems.
Unable to get Comcast remote to open turn on tv and also go from opening screen to tv programming. Have to use Insig remote to turn on normal cable channels. Therefore, user must have both remotes available initially. Difficult to set up service and pair remotes. If user opens one of Opening screen selections, almost impossible to get back to channels. NO instructions or path to manual with product documentation. Would not buy a this tv again.

Well made, attractive fan with nice performance
The 44 inch Mazon fan is very quiet and simple to use. Although mounted directly to ceiling, there is no shaking or indications of unbalance or rough running. The light module is dimmable and is very bright when full on. Unit responds promptly and quietly to remote commands. Minor problem with installation instructions. In that the producer of manual included very notated drawings that look good, but components to be attached are hard to decipher. E,g., connector from fan body to light plate is not mentioned or shown how it mates. Could easily be missed unless one is intuitively familiar with electrical circuits. Looks well made and expensive although relatively inexpensive.
