Great seller!! Very responsive and quick to ship. The package took about 2 weeks of travel from dispatch. It's a longer time for plants to be in the mail buy honestly it is pretty quick for it to have traveled from overseas. Items were packed well and after a little tlc everything is growing. My original package arrived in about 3 weeks, but unfortunately the package was intercepted by US customs. I was left with an empty envelope. I contacted Uncle Chan about what happened. He was quick to right the situation and send me a replacement with the proper documentation. The replacement package arrived, and it was intercepted again. This time I only one item was removed. In the end, I got just about everything I ordered. Uncle Chan did his best to right the situation
