Excellent seller communications in answering my questions, taking my list and creating a bundke to combine shipping. Very well packed and labeled, as I requested. Everything was included with a few extra rhizomes and he gifted me with 6 seed packs since my order was so large. Got me the best deal on shipping. Great value. Highly recommend.

I was left with an empty envelope. I contacted Uncle Chan about what happened. He was quick to right the situation and send me a replacement with the proper documentation. The replacement package arrived, and it was intercepted again. This time I only one item was removed. In the end, I got just about everything I ordered. Uncle Chan did his best to right the situation

It's a longer time for plants to be in the mail buy honestly it is pretty quick for it to have traveled from overseas. Items were packed well and after a little tlc everything is growing. I would 100% order again in the future!!

This is the 2nd time I order caladium bulbs from this seller… I did have some issues with the Shipping, but that’s shipping fault not seller. Once the item ships out it is out of the sellers control. And the seller worked with me with the shipping problem. Very recommended. I love sellers that stand by their buyers ����☺️

Buyer responded quickly and combined shipping which ended up only costing me $20 for 8 items. Everything came as I expected, packed well and soilless in damp sphag. Planning second order already.
