“Refurbished“ MacBook has a faulty battery.
2 of 4 found this helpful As I began to use my new laptop, the battery would only last for about an hour, and the display clearly tells me that the battery is faulty and needs to be serviced. The computer works fine otherwise, but the battery is a pretty big issue, and makes me feel like I did not get a good value, or what I expected from a “refurbished” computer. When I looked at the Apple website to research “refurbished” computers, It seems that the batteries are supposed to be replaced.
