Not worth it
2 of 5 found this helpful I literally haven’t lost any weight at all since taking it. Likewise, there is silicon dioxide in here.... also found in sand.... which I’m hoping and assuming is for anticaking. Likewise, I find it hard to believe that something containing palm oil can have a total fat as low as 5 g, when a serving of palm oil, which is only about a teaspoon, has 14 g of fat. Perhaps there is such a minuscule amount it doesn’t show?
Glucose syrup, another ingredient, Can also be used as humectant for foods.... so that’s another anti caking/moisture removing product.... also extremely high in carbohydrates as, well, it’s literally a pure carbohydrate (glucose).
Overall I don’t see how this proprietary blend compiled of sand, sugar, and saturated fat is supposed to help you lose weight, nor have I lost any.
If anybody else has had any results I’d love to hear about them to try the tricks. I’m taking mine as a “prolessa shot” as advised to me: 1 scoop, 1/4 tsp cinnamon, 1/4 stevia (I don’t use), and 2 tbsp water, twice a day.
I have also put mine into a smoothie as it suggests on the container. I work out daily and have a strict eating regime due to other reasons... and nothing.
