I feel like this seller is selling new items that are opened as used when they were never used. That seems to be the case here. This item was shown as partially functional (2 of the 6 bulbs burnt or bad ballast). Unfortunately, the item arrived with broken bulbs and a partially damaged power cord socket. Otherwise, this unit is in apparent good working order. After I reached out to this seller, we reached a mutually satisfactory resolution and I kept the unit, as I expect to be able to repair this additional damage myself and get replacement bulbs. I am perfectly willing to buy from this seller again.

The item was as described and is up and running. Regarding the seller: First of all I was able to negotiate a better price. Secondly, I placed my order on 10/1 and was advised it would arrive before 10/13. It arrived on 10/5. Thirdly, usualthrower is an honest person. The shipping was less than estimated and a refund was credited to my account. I definitely would shop with this person again.
