lovely model of southern pacific that runs on 3 rail marklin track

Think Like a Chef by Catherine Young, Lori Silverbush,
I have read this book nearly cover to cover and have tried some of the recipes. It is a great read and has helped me add some perspective to my cooking.
The concepts are really understandable and have contributed to making great meals for my family and friends.
