  BEWARE!! BUYER TRIED TO EXTORT REFUND WITHOUT RETURNING ITEM! Buyer messages to say the NEW AND SEALED ITEM didn’t work (for the 2nd time after purchasing from another seller before) and I tried to give support, telling them to depress and pump the tip to get the paint to flow. Never heard from them and took it upon myself to check in. They said they didn’t get it to work and I said to open a return. They refused & demanded a refund. I said it was free to ship back. REFUSED AND WAS VERY RUDE
