    Inferior software. Poorly written intallation procedure.
    It is extremely difficult to install. This product goes offline on the factory provided EWelink app on my iphone constantly. Once it goes offline, you cannot turn on/off the light from the EWelink application on the iphone. I also have Wemo and Alexa devices. They are easy to install and they don't go offline constantly.
