I received the phone cover today and the item was complete and intact, however the packaging had already been opened (see picture). It is obvious that someone has cut it open then pulled the phone cover out then realised it was an old phone model case and put it back in the packaging. I know it is not your fault but you might want to report it to your couriers company. Regards Rob
