No power

Still can't make it work with my 2 18" subwoofers. Will not send any power to speakers. Might be asking for full refund if I can't figure it out. Worked on it for 2 weeks. Power light comes on but No power sent to speakers. Need to send back for replacement or full refund. Please contact me. Reviews also said it is not 400 watts at 8 ohms. Lucky to be 200 wats. My two 18 speakers 8 ohms are rated for 500 watts RMS per side. Maybe this amp isn't powerful enough to drive my speakers. 400 watt per side should have been fine. Then I realized it is only 200 watts per side according to reviews. Wish I would have known specs were 1/2 what is advertised. But truelly none of this matters because it doesn't push any power at all. Very dissatisfied. After further reviews it sounds like the sys 7000. 500 watts RMS.
