Works well for iSCSI
Running 3 of these ports for iSCSI with freenas and my R710 is getting less than 1ms latency over the network. No complaints.

Worked perfectly.
Needed to upgrade my R710 to a dedicated mgmt. port and get console in enterprise. Worked great.

It works.
Beat up quite a bit. Old Dell PC CLI is hell. But it works just fine for a client network.
