UK Creamback for a Marshall DSL40C - A perfect upgrade
I had been thinking about upgrading the stock speaker to a Creamback in my Marshall DSL40C for a while but had never made the plunge. I had heard the upgraded DSL40C with a Creamback at Sweetwater and could tell a difference with the stock Seventy-80. The speaker swap itself was easy and quick. Although not broken in, this speaker sounds amazing. Clean or crunch. Single-coil or humbucker.
This speaker is a UK made 65W Creamback and the price was significantly below others I have seen even with shipping.

Don't expect Stew-Mac
The description said these had rounded corners-edges. Mine were not rounded and the amount of material removed was very uneven. It looked like they had been run by hand over a grinding wheel. The edge left where the ground off edges meets the file faces is sharp. Think flat-top. This would eat through a fretwork instantly. It is however a cheap small file which I can still use so I consider it okay as a file but not for dressing frets.
