It's very great for beginners :)
I'm someone who never ever works out or has any physical activity except for walking to and from destinations which is bad. I haven't stretched my muscles since maybe grade 10??? which was 3 years ago. Using this dvd, it made my bones and tissues/muscles (whatever theyre called) very uncomfortable obviously because I havent stretched or had any physical activity in a while. There were movements in the dvd that I never knew could be used to stretch out muscles and tissues . But after getting used to the dvd (few minutes in) It felt nice and I felt Like it could be something I do everyday. Even though it's not cardio, I felt really refreshed and energized :) it was a nice feeling. But of course there are times where I get lazy and don't stretch with this dvd for Like a month. But it's a nice dvd and I actually do recommend it for beginners possibly even advanced people who just need a nice bodily stretch.

Worth the Purchase

Very reliable product
Im someone who always needs to urinate and most of the time im nowhere near a restroom so this is very convenient to use . No spills so far , unfortunately my bag is too small to pack this in it along with everything else I have in my everyday bag so at times i cant bring it with me or i Just pack it in a plastic bag . the additional funnel is very helpful too to make sure theres no stream that misses the container . i Love it and its a very Good investment .
