As good as the OEM so far.
Works as well as the original OEM mirror so far. This one has the motorized fold in function. Some do not. If you RX350 (years 2013--2015) was built in Canada and had the motorized fold in function this is the one you need. If yours was built in Japan and did not have the motorized fold in function you need a different model which you can find.

In a Polaris bag. Appears to be an OEM (original equipment manufacturer) part and is identical to the one it replaced.
