Trying to lose weight in Tennessee
I tried it a couple times and haven't really stuck to it it's a pain in the butt to boil water and then wait till it cools off and drink it when you go to bed so I had been doing it like I should be doing it but when I do do it I think I am losing weight it seems like I get up in the morning and have to poop everything out give me kind of like the runs or something got weird but I do feel good afterwards anyway and I guess that will lose weight. But I had to get better on taking them every night cuz I don't know if I can just figure out an easy way to boil them and drink it or make up some of it ahead of time and then drink it during the week I might just do that and see how it works I thought I got
