  im satisfied with item and fast shipping but since the last few items ive bought off ebay came in amazon prime bags i had the wife compare their price to what i paid on ebay and found out i could have saved $8.00 by going through amazon and still get it delivered in the same time so im going with amazon from now on. i understand sellers have to make a profit but buyers have to pay the best price for them

  Ebay! How do you allow this seller to keep an account?? Apparently, this seller does this quite often... Ordered product. No tracking or indication that it shipped. Contacted seller with no response. After 3 weeks I attempted to cancel order and was declined. I've now requested a refund from Ebay. Do not order from this clown! Check the other negative comments!

  Haven't received it like it was promised. And there isn't any shipping info on it as well. Ask two questions and haven't received any response. Trying to get a refund because it was too late to cancel. I do not know the seller and seller has not responded to any of my emails. I probably won't use this seller again. I had to get rid of my washer and buy another. Really depended on this part. Instead I had to opt for a new unit. Oh well, better luck next time. I will definitely try a better sourc

  Item was ordered Aug. 16th and did not arrive until the 29th. Item was shipped without a tracking label so i had no idea when or if i would get my item. Sent the seller two separate emails and got absolutely no response. I would not recommend this seller to anyone, very poor customer service.

  order never arrived during expected delivery window, emailed seller and requested tracking information, seller checked and decided that order had been lost, offered to send a replacement and was at local USPS in 3 days, high quality item, very handy smaller unit for smaller jobs, or working in tight areas
