Took great care packaging my item which I greatly appreciate being a very fragile and expensive item and packed in an unexpected way but actually it worked perfect for this item good idea. I love the feature that it beeps and then vibrates. You don’t even have to shock the dog. The vibration is enough to get him to turn around and come back to you.
