Good product that works
Not fancy but they work. Wish they came in colors, but since I only use them during workouts black is fine. Hold my hair up, don't fall off, don't pull my hair out when I take them off.

Came in sealed box as advertised
I was kind of worried about buying this since they aren't made anymore and I wondered if it would even work. It seems to, though since I bought it as a backup for my old but still-functioning iPod Shuffle I can't tell for sure, which is why I didn't answer any of the yes/no questions. You can only have one device per iTunes account so I can't test it. It did charge but won't sync, so I can't play music. I get a voice message telling me I need to use iTunes, but I can't. Yet. I hope when the old one finally dies this one will work. The charger doesn't work, possibly from the cord being coiled up for so many years. I was able to charge it using my old charger - meaning the green light came on. The earphones do work. I tried them with my old iPod. Now I guess I should try to find a charger that does work because I assume the old one won't last forever. So, giving it the benefit of the doubt, 4/5 because of the non-working charger.

Exactly as described, arrived quickly
It works! I wore it to walk the dog in a heavy rain and it kept me dry. I wish it were a bit smaller just so it didn't look so enormous on me - I'm a small woman - but it definitely kept me dry. I'm sure it would keep my husband dry, too. Plenty of room in there!
