Okay
It's a danged spring got heaven sakes! It fits and does all the things a spring is supposed to do.

2 of 2 found this helpful The language and spelling is in U.K. English rather than American English and I can't figure out how to change it. Microsoft was of little help. Everything works fine..... Just have to put up with the spelling differences.

Good girl collar
11 of 11 found this helpful We call it the "good girl collar". Our newly adopted German Shepherd had very little training or discipline prior to us adopting her from a rescue organization. She was a very sweet lovable girl with a serious behavior problem. She wanted to roam the entire neighborhood and pretty much refused to come when called. We tried the reward with positive reinforcement method but it worked marginally well. We bought the collar about a month ago. We have never used the shock feature as we do not believe in such a method of training but the vibrate works wonders. She dislikes the vibration with a passion. It gets her attention immediately. We would give her 2 chances to respond when given a command. If she failed to respond, we would give her a brief hit with the vibrator followed by positive reinforcement and praise when she responded and it did the trick. She is now a model of discipline. She understands the limits and what is expected of her. As with nearly all GSD's we have ever had, they want to please and thrive on praise and affection. She no longer needs the "good girl collar" and is a much happier member of the family. Has become quite spoiled as with her brother Klaus and sister Rondi. All live inside with us in a 3 BR house here in rural East Texas.
