    This is my first, and last time using this service. I sent a brand new PowerFlex 527 VFD to this seller for because it wouldn’t power on. I was told it would be evaluated, then quoted per based on findings. I then received a bill for almost $300. The part came back powered on, with a major, unrecoverable fault. I looked at the work and it is really bad. Burned ribbon cable, burned flux, burned connector housings, etc. Again, this was a brand new VFD. I would not recommend using this service.

    The service of my variable frequency drive was very fast. It was barely over a week from the time I sent it to UpFix until the day I received it back. The quality of packaging in sending it back to me was exceptional. And, of coarse, the repair was successful. I like that UpFix provides a phone number in case the customer has questions.

    Per the seller, Been trying to get the link to a site where I can print a label but they seem incapable of doing this. It's been four days and they can't get it done. Seems extraordinarily simple to me but apparently not. Communication is very slow, doesn't appear that they read the emails that I am sending them, 4 so far requesting the label, no luck.
