Is what it says
Given that there really aren't many other options for this specific item, it's good at what it does. Only complaint is that it doesn't fill the slot behind the monitor and as a result makes a clicking noise whenever the monitor rocks back and forth. This mostly occurs for me when I use it in portrait mode as a secondary monitor.

Fair price to quality ratio
For it's price, you get what you pay for. It's a decent, affordable replacement for ATH-M50 headphone earpads once the original ear pads wear out. The outer covering feels rougher than what you might expect velour to be and it looks softer than it wears. However, can't complain for the price tag.

Good with a few inconveniences
For the most part this product works as described and comes well designed. Two issues I have are:
1. No auto-turn on when you start the car. This requires an annoying 2-3 second delay while you hold down the middle button to turn on the device.
2. The device itself is glued directly on to the location. Instead of being able to take this device with you to other cars, you have to rip it off and re-glue or find another device. Very inconvenient, especially if you want to bring it along during travels and rent a car.
