Shun Ken Onion 3 inch Paring Knife, DM0516, VG-10 - Discontinued

My favorite paring knife

One of my favorite knives due to its unusual ergonomic shape. Shun knives are wonderfully sharp, and I have a lot of the Ken Onion series. My original copy of this knife is out for sharpening with Shun, a free lifetime sharpening service. You have to remember to clean and dry after each use to avoid dulling and micropits in the blade. I was very happy to find this excellent knife for sale, as it does not come up frequently on e-bay, and most of those are seconds.
