Said he “opened it it because he couldn’t find a big enough box”. I paid for a new in package reel. I received a used reel. He has a no return policy. Buyer beware! Seller acts like it’s no big deal. The sellers packaging problem shouldn’t be my problem, but I got stuck with it…….

Great product
My grand baby and her puppy fight over this ball about who gets to play with it every day. So far the puppy hasn't won and actually it was purchased for him, girls always win. Thanks in getting it to me sooner than expected it's brought hours of fun times in my home and only cost a couple of bucks.
