Good Quality 12 String.
The guitar is well constructed, and plays well without a setup. I have another more expensive 12-String and this one is far more playable. Excellent quality for the money.

Fun with Led Zeppelin.

The 12-string side is very playable once the action was dropped, the 6 string side will require a little work, as the strings sit high at the nut.
The pick-guards are very flimsy and I am taking steps to upgrade these with custom panels.
I played the instrument through a Roland Rock Cube on several different settings and it had a nice tone. I think overall this is a good foundation and open to upgrading over time.
I am had great fun playing it, and overall its a nice guitar and well worth the money.
