  I'm pleased with this seller and the product. The seller didn't list all the Rugged laptop features, but was able to answer my questions & send pics about the many unique laptop ports, etc in a reasonable time frame. Seller also sent laptop with adequate packaging protections, (all the way to Hawaii, 2-day air) for no extra charges, although I offered to pay more. Laptop was in almost perfect shape, only a bit of inconsequential hinge damage. Close to perfect product, packaging, price & service!

  Warning unitedcomp sold me a broken lawnmower. They advvertised a new and undamaged lawnmower. A very damaged and not new lawnmower arrived. I requested to return their broken lawnmower and I did not even receive a response from the seller. Ebay posted that the return was closed. Absolutely nothing from the seller. Buy from this company at your own risk. You could end up with a broken product and no one will contact you to resolve the issue. The broken part was hidden in the online photos.

  Huge mistake buying from unitecomp. I tried my BEST to work this out with him. The PC listed Grade A Excellent" wasn't even tested prior to shipping. Listed with "internal" wireless" but had none at all. After unanswered messages and pre-arranged phone calls that never came, he messaged " my partner forgot to install the wireless card" said he would send one but...nothing. More messages finally received an ancient, useless usb dongle for win 8, this is win 11! I give up. You've been warned!
