    I just received my little heater, and it is just as described. I gave all fives, and the only reason I gave a 3 on shipping time is so I could say this: Under the circumstances of the hurricane, the shipping was late getting out. Through it all the seller provided information as regards to shipments, and was available immediately when there was a snag, and he corrected it.     Yes, I'm glad the USPS finally got it to you. With the 2 hurricanes that just came through, its been a nightmare for postal. I'm giving them a break as they have a lot on their plate.
