The Food Pharmacy
This is one of the best books I have ever read. It gives clear, concise information on the fruits and vegetables we should be including in our diet to fight cancer, heart disease, infections, etc. Each food is listed individually and indicates what benefits it has and what diseases/problems it can help to alleviate. So much research and information was provided that I can't help but refer to this book time and time again to improve my own health. I already had the softcover version and decided to purchase the hardcover since I practically wore the other one out! I recommend this book to everyone who is trying to live and eat healthier!
