  The item I ordered showed shipped with no tracking number which seemed fishy to me. I waited for over two weeks and never received my order. It took a lot of communication with the seller to actually get the item I paid for. They finally sent me my order with a tracking number and asked me to close the case because they were about to get their account closed due to saying they shipped my item I paid for without any proof since they said they shipped it but did not provide a tracking number.

  The cleaver is excellent quality and well worth the price. However the seller would not answer my messages. Seller printed the shipping label hours after the order was placed, but did not drop the package off at the post office for 10 days. The knife arrived well past the time I needed it. All of these concerns were made but no response from the seller. I could have made other arrangements and still would have kept the knife for myself, but was not given the opportunity to do so.
