Budget Knives That EXCEED Expectations
I can't say enough about how this budget price Enlan exceeded my expectations; the steel and blade sharpness, the scales, the fit, weight etc. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is the somewhat "stiff" deployment when flipping it open. Unlike assisted open flipper knives, this is a manual with no assist and requires a little "flick" of the wrist to fully deploy and I'm certain that in time it will "loosen" up at the pivot bearing. Because the pivot screw takes a special tool versus most knives that use a "torx" head, one must work the knife to achieve that "broken in" smooth deployment versus just loosening the pivot bearing.
Again though, for the money and what you get you won't be disappointed.

Two Different Drives, Same Result
Drives would be recognized and identified, but when accessing for data read the drive would spin up and spin down drop off as connected, then back again, and repeat the process over and over again. This happened with the laptop running on battery and/or plugged in to wall charger, same results.

Gourmet Versus Classic
1 of 1 found this helpful The ONLY reason I gave this knife 4/5 stars was because of the handle; I prefer the "classic" style handle as it is a bit heavier and "old school". This knife matches feature to feature with the classic including warranty, high carbon steel, etc.
I have this knife to compliment my 7" Wusthof Santoku and it does an excellent job. Very sharp, holds and edge and of high quality, you can't go wrong with Wusthof knives.
