Corsair K70 RGB MK.2 CHERRY MX Brown Mechanical Gaming Keyboard - Black

Very light-touch on the Cherry MX Browns --something changed

The K70 mk.2 a very nice keyboard. The keys feel great. These are the Cherry MX Brown keys --my favorite. These feel like different from my other Corsair Keyboards with Cherry MX Browns though. As mentioned in some other reviews, the keys actuate very lightly --that's not normal for Cherry MX Browns. You should normally need some travel, and feel a click. Sometimes just resting my hands on the keyboard, I'll produce some keystrokes. These are also a little quieter than some of my other keyboards, which I like --but they're supposed to be the same Cherry MX Browns as my other keyboards. Not sure what's up with that... Other than that, it's exactly what I want in a keyboard. The RGB lighting is nice. The iCue software works fine. It spoils me --I can't go back to membrane keyboards now.

Fantastic

A little tweaky to install in the AM2+ socket, had to wiggle it a little, then --poof-- it works perfect! Huge increase over my Athlon 64 x2 2.8 ghz

Almost perfect

It's almost perfect. The K70 v.2 is better because it has the USB pass through. The K70 original uses two USB slots, with no pass through. I guess it's to power lighting... But the new one only needs one to power lighting. I dunno. Anyway, they keys are fantastic, it's beautiful. The Cherry MX Brown switched are my favorite. Perfect for daily use.
