Quality but a real pain
Excellent packaging and product quality. Assembly requires a degree in engineering! Instructions are poor and assembly is a real pain. The finished assembled product however, makes up for the assembly nightmares.

You get what you pay for
Very poor quality! Carpet is very thin and poorly attached. Hardware bag was broken and missing parts. Instructions were basically useless. Only a schematic and in metric so even with the assembly drawing, very hard to figure out what parts went where. No word instructions, just a drawing and very poor parts list. Once assembled, not stable at all; our cat won't go one it after the first try. Would not buy again.
