Not motion sensor
These units are way too dim and they are not motion sensor. They only come on when it gets dark and stay on all night.

better than the oriinal
The original wash pumps and drain pumps obviously had leakage problems on these clothes washers, and this one has an improved design and a better seal around the motor shaft.

Trap needs some work
This trap is big at 3"x6" but it will catch mice as well as rats. The traps have some problems which if you don't tweak them they will not work. First the catch lever coil interferes with the hammer and you need to bend the coil tighter so it will release. Second any weight on the treadle will set off the trap if you don't tweak the lever by bending it at the catch end. Third the spring is so strong that when the trap is set it will bend the bottom of the trap making the trap unsteady.
