Champ Decals Should be Removed and Destroyed

Champ Decals should be destroyed, so unsuspecting buyers will no longer get ripped off. Champ went out of production years ago, and you can be sure that the vast majority of the remaining decals on the market will fall apart when subjected to water. Any price for a Champ decals is too much. Those selling these decals should be made aware of this.

Kadee Whiskers are the Happy Medium

These Kadee "whisker" couplers are the happy medium between plastic knuckle couplers and the original Kadees. I use Bachmann EZ-Mate couplers most of the time, but sometimes the Bachmann shanks are too thin for the gearboxes, so they have too much vertical movement. The Kadees have thicker shanks, so they make a better fit where the Bachmanns are too loose. They are certainly more durable than plastic couplers, and the whiskers allow you to mount them quickly. Thanks, Kadee, for a great coupler!
