Good BASIC Control Arms - Can't use bushing upgrade sets
While these are decently made there is a drawback if you want to upgrade them. They may look the same as other aftermarket control arms, but they are not. The bushing holes are slightly smaller tubing than the originals or other aftermarket units. The openings in these are all the same diameter as well, instead of being slightly different like the other offerings. That being the case I tried replacing the basic bushings that came with these with high end bushings from Energy Suspension and they wouldn't work. Just a bit too small all around. Some of the the ES bushings were the same width as the outside of the control arm openings, lol. Too large to realistically press in. Just know the bushing upgrade sets out there, meant specifically for the Fox Mustangs, won't work with these. You'll need to measure the openings and order specifically for these if you want to upgrade them.
