  Unaffiliatednetwork REFUSED to refund an item that did NOT work. Seller stated that the Microsoft Office program would work on MacOS. Bought it, tried installing it, & was NOT compatible with MacOS even though seller stated in description it was. Said it was a matter of convenience for him to NOT download the proper file on the USB. Was not able to download or activate the access code. Seller refused to ship out the proper USB flash drive. Tried contacting him, but he did NOT respond or REFUND.
