1 of 1 found this helpful I bought a new battery because phone was going dead in two days............. With new battery it lasts 3 days I really don't use the phone that much. Don't know it the problem is rally the battery or maybe it is the phone

doesn't work, no servic, they have o record of me buying this
I have given up on Worx. Can't contact them by email. When i told them it quit working and will only run for a fraction of a second they said A. "they have no record of me buying it" and B " it is not a leaf blower", but they are still advertising it as a leaf blower. I have about a half dozen Worx tools, and would like to have a couple more, but not until they change their policy.
