  Shipping and packaging were good. However, the guitar had damage not shown in listing photos nor described in description. After I contacted the seller, they kept going back to the point that the guitar was used. It is common practice when selling guitars to highlight major blemishes, but the seller did not, and refused to take responsibility for that. He said if I paid to return it he would pay back only the sale price, and I would absorb the shipping cost both ways. Avoid this seller.
