Seller refuses to refund me so I will have to contact eBay to solve the problem. Completely unprofessional. The negative feedback is in my opinion as a over reaction on his part, this negative feedback has upset me as a seller, he is in my opinion a scammer. I refunded him on 26/11/2021, I was given 27/11/2021, the way this matter has been handled has been unfair, this buyer has sent a reply in Latvian which I don't understand or read, he has sent it in English. Sellers should not sell to this person,
