  I ordered two of these, they are nicely boxed but unfortunately one had got badly damaged. I contacted the seller who responded quickly and arranged for a replacement which arrived quickly. It's so good that when something does go wrong they are dealt with as this seller has done. They are lovely, great value wax/oil burners. Totally delighted with the service and the product.   LISTING STATED 35mm DIAMETER . SO I ORDERED 2 OF THEM . ITEMS RECIEVED ARE JUST UNDER 30MM DIAMETER . SAME AS BROOM HANDLES BUT AT OVER 3 TIMES THE PRICE . THEY ARE POOR QUALITY . THEY LOOK NOTHING LIKE THE LISTED ITEM PICTURED . ON APPEARANCE THEY DO NOT LOOK LIKE THEY ARE NEW . THESE ARE NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE . " BUYERS BEWARE " . NO COMMUNICATION FROM THIS SELLER AT ALL. JUST REFUNDED ME AFTER CHASING FOR THE REFUND AFTER 2 WEEKS OF RETURNING THEM . BETTER SHOP ELSE WHERE
