  The item was shipped on time, but unfortunately somewhere along the chain (don't know whose fault or why) there was a problem and the shipping company wasn't willing to deliver it without paying for another delivery. I contacted the seller and they responded quickly and we've eventually agreed to give me a refund. They were very nice about it so I don't feel bad at all.
