You need to buy this book and simplify your cooking!
This is a great cookbook for someone who is new to gluten free cooking.It makes cooking and baking much simpler than any other book I have seen.It has great ideas for saving money and the recipes are easy and delicious.I bought another cookbook and am not a chef so don't really want to spend hours in the kitchen making exotic dinners.Nicole has written an easy great book of recipes and I love it.
