Missing pieces.
0 of 1 found this helpful It would have been nice to know that there were picked missing. Like M and the pieces around it. I purchased this for my 86 ur old mom that loves her old one and then it stopped working on her. I purchased this one for her and then to find it is not all there. I'm 800 miles away and not an easy fix for her. I'm just shocked.
