I'd be a cripple if not for Cosamin
I decided against surgery when I fractured my left ankle and limped along for years with increasing pain and deteriorating mobility until a friend recommended the original Cosamin specifically as opposed to any glucosamine-chondroitin in general. I was skeptical, but was convinced by our personal comparison test [including the family dog].
