It may have worked if I had stuck with it but I could only take it a few days and I quit. I did not notice an increase in energy but I use energy shot drinks pretty regularly so my body is probably doesn't react to smaller doses like tru. Also it gave me terrible heart burn. I have a friend who has been using it for a little over a month and it has worked wonderful for her, so I think it just depends on the person.
