Disappointing, and, on balance, reluctant to recommend.
Heavy, obviously moulded, nothing like "cut" glass but you get what you pay for. Looks good as gift for presentation. Customer has no choice/influence in engraving, font and style are as supplied and they are not strong enough for engraving to be as easily visible as I expected & no different with glass empty or containing whisky.

Exact replacement gas fire control knob
Thought control knob breaking on a 20 years old gas fire was the end for the fire but no, a new control knob was supplied within 3 days. Product exactly as described, photograph very helpful, easily fitted. (p.s. Don't think wife happy at thought that fire might last another 20 years!).

Just the part for a complete job.
Took only a few minutes to replace a 30 years old toilet handle. Perfect.
