All through the Night by Mary Higgins Clark (1998)
Another of Mary Higgins Clark's wonderfully exciting mysteries......Only ahe has the gift to make you feel as though you are a part of the story...and that you are a friend, relative or neighbor of the characters. Their descriptions and dialogue are so graphic that you can picture them in your mind very easily. Being able to put yourself into the story only serves to make it more enjoyable and more of a challenge when you are trying to choose who the murderer is before the end ......and then it's usually a big surprise. This is such a lovely Christmas story...it reminds one of a Damon Runyan classic in a way.....

ALL AROUND THE TOWN by Mary Higgins Clark
I am a great fan of Mary Higgins Clark....most all of her mysteries have a surprise ending....the murderer is usually the one you least expect as a rule but all of the events and characters in the novel leading up to the climax are so well described and their relationship to the other characters keeps you interested, excited and enthralled....listening to these mysteries on audiobooks is wonderful...If youdon't have the time any longer to sit down and read a book...this is the next best thing....I am so glad I starated buying them. Whenever I find an author that I really like I buy the audiobooks beause I know they will be very worthwhile listening to

The Patricia
I love the heroine, Dr. Scarpetta the medical examiner. Her job is to discover the cause of death of several of the victims. Also the Lifetime channel is going to present Patricia Cornwall mysteries over the next couple of weeks. I am looking forward to that. When you read or listen to a mystery your imagination pictures the characters. I am anxious to see how these characters will be portrayed on TV.
