A great workout
This is a tape I have had in the past and was replacing because it was getting worn out. I have been doing this excersise tape for over 20 years and always come back to when I switch to others. It is a great workout and has a good variety. It helps to keep me in shape. Wish it would come out on DVD for the convienience. Highly recommended!

hairspray
This is a great spray. It has flexible hold and you can comb through it easily.

This product does work well for thinning hair. If you are balding, it may not work.
