Inexpensive tool that works okay after modification
The tow different size ends did a good job of helping one to remove and replace the watch strap; however, they did not lock into the screw down chucks. Either the chuck or the ends need to be redesigned. Adding some tape to thicken the ends that fit into the chuck is a workable modification. There are other tools that are better but they do cost more.

Very effective tweezers
Uncle Bill's Sliver Gripper Tweezers live up to their name. They were very effective at gripping and removing the various thorns and splinters encountered on a recent trip in the woods. The clever little holder attached to my key ring and securely held the tweezers for a truly EDC device.

Slightly thicker yet still light and comfortable to hold
1 of 3 found this helpful I own various models of the Vanishing Point from the late 1960s to now. I like the warm feel of the wood body and the thickness. The nib is smooth as is typical for the Vanishing Point. When in use the pen gets comments from others. If you like the basic idea of a retractable fountain, I think that you would enjoy this variant.
