  All as advertised- good packaging USPS was very slow and delayed- can only assume USPS lost package and seller had to call USPS - buyer has called USPS and delay is a criminal act and there must be no immunity for these practices to Fund Foreign conflict - over funding infrastructure, USPS wages and equipment. The postal services buys used tires and has much unnecessary delays. no idea item took 14 days to deliver package short distant.
